Message Archiving requires no software or hardware integration and offers easy administration and use. The service is highly scalable and flexible in order to meet the unique needs of the business.

MX Logic® Archive Compliance Control – Automatically stores all inbound, outbound and internal emails and provides valuable insight via MX LogicSM Archive Surveillance.

• Ample storage capacity – Provides one gigabyte of storage per user, per year, with an increase of one gigabyte per user after every year of service. This solution is scalable and flexible to accommodate even rapid increases in email volume.
• Multiple levels of permissions/authority – Enables businesses to assign rights to specific staff members for setting or changing policies and rules, and for viewing emails.
• Advanced search options – Allows authorized staff members to quickly and accurately retrieve archived messages through searches for email fields that include message headers, body content, attachments, and common fields such as To, From and Date. Searches can also be performed for exclusive phrases.
• Definable retention policies – Enables businesses to easily configure email storage based on regulatory requirements, and set policies for groups.
• Single Instance Storage – Prevents storage of multiple copies of the same email to reduce overall storage requirements
